This Picture shows the lettering totally cut away allowing the space for the wires and 'l.e.d.'s' to light up the Tron. The l.e.d.'s will be blue like that of the film.
To get an idea of the making process I printed out to scale the Tron word and stuck it on some modeling foam. Using the band saw cut out the letters and sliced it in four to show how the parts fit together. It looks really good and I'm pleased with it so far. I now need to consider now how this is going to be machined?
